Attention Landowners!
Payments For You, Access for hunters
Do you own 40 or more acres of land in Springville, Wexford, or Clam Lake Township?  If so, you may be eligible to enroll in the Hunting Access Program (HAP).   This program offers landowners annual payment in exchange for providing hunters access to their property.  Liability is covered by state law, and the program is flexible - you may choose to allow all hunting, youth and apprentice hunting only, small game only, deer only, elk only, turkey only, or a combination of these.  The HAP pays landowners up to $25 per acre per year.

If you would like more information on this program, please contact the District office at (231) 775-7681, ext. 3

7192 E. 34 Rd., Cadillac, Michigan  49601. Telephone: (231) 775-7681, ext. 3
