Tiffany Jones - District Manager
Tiffany joined the District in June of 2018. A life-long resident of the area, she participated in many 4-H activities while growing up on a small farm. Tiffany brings with her an agricultural background that includes bee keeping, dairy, chicken, beef, and swine farming. She also grows a market garden and regularly participates in local farmer’s markets. Her education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Biology, and a Master’s degree in Organic Agriculture. A notable thing about her work experience is that she spent six years in Germany working on an organic laying hen operation that had a flock of 5,000 hens and a beef cattle farm. Larry Czelusta - District Forester
Larry Czelusta (pronounced sa-less-ta) joined the District staff in June of 2016. He earned a Bachelors of Science degree in forestry from Virginia Technological University and brings with him a variety of forestry experience in both the public and private sector. Larry enjoys assisting landowners with improving the health and quality of their forests and woodlots. Jodi DeHate - MAEAP Technician
Jodi grew up on a dairy farm in Osceola County. From there, she obtained a degree in education from Calvin College and taught for 13 years. In 2009 she became the recycling educator for Missaukee Conservation District, and in November of 2011, Jodi started a new position with four conservation districts in our area as the Michigan Agriculture Environmental Assurance Program technician. In that role, she visits farms to help them assess their environmental risks and become MAEAP verified. She still finds time to milk cows on the weekends! You can reach Jodi at: jodi.dehate@macd.org

Jeff Fewless - CTAI Technician
Jeff has been working through the CTAI program (a partnership between the USDA and the MI Dept. of Agriculture) as a technician covering Wexford, Missaukee, and Osceola-Lake Conservation Districts since May 2012. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from his prior work where he dealt with contamination prevention as well as resource conservation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Biology and is currently working on finishing up his master’s degree. Jeff grew up on a dairy farm, and is happy to have the opportunity to apply his life-long learning and experiences to this field of work. He works in tandem with Jim Williams, and specializes in the areas of irrigation management and construction oversight. Jeff can be reached at: jeff.fewless@mi.nacdnet.net.
